APATHY AND IGNORANCE LEAD TO SLAVERY
Martin Niemöller was a German pastor and theologian born in Lippstadt, Germany, in 1892. His statement, sometimes presented as a poem, is well-known, frequently quoted, and is a popular model for describing the dangers of political apathy.
Niemöller was an anti-Communist and supported Hitler's rise to power at first. But when Hitler insisted on the supremacy of the state over religion; Niemöller became disillusioned.
He became the leader of a group of German clergymen opposed to Hitler. Unlike Niemöller, they gave in to the Nazis' threats.
In 1937 he was arrested and eventually confined in the Sachsenhausen and Dachau concentration camps.

Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up.
Niemöller was released in 1945 by the Allies. He continued his career in Germany as a clergyman and as a leading voice of penance and reconciliation for the German people after World War II. He died in 1984.

From Sunday's 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, Televised "Meet the Press" THE THEN Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag.
General Bill Gann' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.
The General stated to Obama that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...
During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Or, at the very least, "Stand and Face It".
NOW GET THIS !!
'Senator Obama replied:
"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides". "There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression.." "The anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all that sort of thing."
(ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???)
Obama continued: "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing'. If that were our anthem, then, I might salute it. In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we, as a Nation of warring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments .......
When I become President, I will seek a pact of agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past".
"Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path. My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country's First black Family. Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America "

The David Hinkson Story

The IRS and Department of Justice worked with the Judge, Richard C. Tallman
(a Ninth Circuit Appellate Court Judge) in the case. During the inquisition–the
word "trial" would be a misnomer– which was a mockery of justice and simply a
dramatization, the judge admitted only the evidence offered by the government
and excluded pertinent evidence offered by the defendant, so as "not to confuse
the jury."
As John Pugsley (of the Sovereign Society) states: "History proves that governments inevitably grow corrupt, and that corruption leads to an increasing use of police and military force, both against foreign enemies and against its own citizens."
The government manipulated the media; by publishing all the hate propaganda provided by the Feds. And the media were willing to allow themselves to be manipulated. The media never conducted any independent investigation, which is supposed to be the "Fourth Estate" that keeps government honest. In fact, there was never any real investigation conducted, even by the government–only the inquisition and only a search for those willing to accept bribes for participation in their conspiracy.
Pat Shannon, writer for the American Free Press asks in his article, "How can the federal judiciary be independent and impartial when the law permits the federal government to secretly award [to] judges–secret cash awards? This is legalized bribery."
Dr. Phyllis Schlafly refutes the "two colossal myths propagated by the legal community for the last fifty years: (1) The Constitution is whatever the Supreme Court says it is, and (2) court rulings are the law of the land."
Judge Tallman openly lied about the evidence in front of him, which is Judicial Misconduct; but there is no forum except for impeachment to correct this great injustice.
We watched the same pattern of abuse, fraud and deception by the Department of Justice and by some of our courts in the cases of Congressman George Hansen and Congressman James Traficant. Amnesty International concludes that our SuperMax prisons, like ADX in Florence Colorado [where David Hinkson was incarcerated for years], maintain conditions "that constitute psychological pain and agony tantamount to torture.... What we are doing is barbaric and inhuman.
